Nose: Medium-to-pronounced, with lychee, honey, and nutty notes.
Taste: Full body with medium acidity. We enjoyed the sweet (banana, pineapple, and honey) and sour (lemon) notes, as well as the enduring minerality.
Finish: A long finish of lemon and minerals
Overall Impression: We were impressed with this well-balanced Albariño, especially the combination of sweet and sour tastes. Although we enjoyed it on its own, it would pair beautifully with seafood or poultry. We would definitely drink it again.
