Nose: Strawberries, raspberries, honey, with a touch of floral and a hint of nuttiness.

Taste: Strawberries, raspberries, honey, with a touch of sweetness and a balanced acidity.

Finish: Long finish, honey, grapefruit.

Overall Impression: We loved this rosé, especially at this price! We may have been biased with the bicycle on the label, given that we enjoy cycling. Interestingly, the Cono Sur employees cycle around the winery, and this tribute to their efforts went straight to our hearts. The rosé itself balanced very well with our margherita pizza on a whole grain thin crust. It was a little sharp, acidity-wise, when paired with dark chocolate. Nonetheless, we could see this rosé pairing beautifully with a variety of dishes, from salads to carpaccio to cheeses and fruit-based desserts. We would definitely purchase another bottle, if not more than one.
