Nose: Medium, with white peach, tangerine, honey, and floral notes.

Taste: Light body and low-to-medium acidity, with pink grapefruit, strawberry, and citrus notes.

Finish: Short, citrus notes.

Overall Impression: A good representation of a Rosé from Provence. Although not overly complex, this balanced wine would pair beautifully with seafood, poultry, and vegetarian dishes. If you like French rosés, you should like this one.
