Welcome to Beneath the Vines, a blog about anything and everything related to writing and publishing.
Through our own adventures (and misfortunes), we have had many experiences that make for interesting discussion and dialogue. These include attending writing
conferences, pitching books in a speed-dating format, working with professional
editors, and riding the (emotional) waves associated with querying and submitting
our own works.
We hope some of the things we have learned along the way prove valuable and informative to others. At the same time, we hope they serve as food for thought, both in terms of what to do and, perhaps, more importantly, what not to.
We also intend to use this forum to discuss our ongoing writing journey, as we continue to pursue the goal of publishing our work, which, as everyone knows, is way easier said than done.
