Overall Impression: Although technically not a wine, we decided to rate this cider, nonetheless… An interesting, intense, and refreshing offering unlike other ciders. One could describe it more as somewhere between a beer and an apple cider. It paired very well with a cucumber, potato, and radish salad marinated in a vanilla and chipotle vinaigrette.

Rating (from 70 to 100): 84/100
