Taste: Tannic, cherries, leather, green coffee espresso beans, black pepper.

Finish: Tannins, increasing alcohol, cherries, leather.

Overall Impression: A full-bodied wine that paired well with grilled steak, bringing out black pepper in its wake. This wine could easily be stored for some years still (maybe 5-10) to let it mellow a little more and evolve to the enjoyment of all.
